Common questions

Is online notarization legal?

Yes. Florida law authorizes Remote Online Notarization (RON). Documents notarized remotely by a commissioned Florida notary are generally accepted throughout the United States, and can be apostilled for use abroad.

What do I need for the video session?

A valid government-issued photo ID, a device with camera and microphone, and the document to be signed. Identity is verified through the RON platform before the session starts.

How fast can my document be notarized?

Most sessions can be scheduled and completed the same business day. You receive the notarized PDF right after the session ends.

What is an apostille and when do I need one?

An apostille is a certification issued by the Florida Secretary of State that makes a document valid in the countries of the Hague Apostille Convention. You need one when a U.S. document will be used abroad — for immigration, banking, studies, inheritance or corporate filings.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Apostilled documents are shipped by international courier with tracking to Latin America, Europe and most countries. Shipping options and cost are quoted upfront.

Do you work in Spanish?

Sí. Every service is available in English and Spanish — sessions, emails and support. Si preferís español, escribinos directamente.
