Taxes, LLC structure, notarization and apostilles — handled personally by a Public Accountant (Argentina), IRS-authorized Tax Preparer (PTIN) and Florida Notary Public. I am in Wellington, fifteen minutes from West Palm Beach. We work by video call, in English or Spanish.
The $29 is credited toward your first service. Fixed quote in writing before any work starts.
It is not about physical proximity — we work over video either way. It is about hours, jurisdiction, and who answers for the work.
You write in the morning and hear back that morning. You are not waiting on someone whose day begins as yours ends, or on a team that rotates.
I am a notary public commissioned in Florida. Your document is notarized here, under this state's law — which is precisely what the Florida Department of State requires before it can attach an apostille.
Public Accountant licensed in Argentina and an IRS-registered Tax Preparer. When your partners, your family or your documents are in Latin America and the business is here, there is no translator in the middle.

The most underestimated part of searching for a notary nearby — and where the county stops mattering.
The habit is to search "notary near me", find a storefront, take a number and wait. Since 2020 Florida has recognized remote online notarization (RON) by law, and it works differently: you join a video call, we verify your identity on camera, the session is recorded, and the document comes out notarized with an electronic seal.
The result carries the same validity as an in-person notarization. And it has one advantage that is far from minor: it is the same document that can then be apostilled, without starting over.
There is one limit worth knowing before you leave the house: a Florida notary cannot certify a copy of a public record. Chapter 117 of the Florida Statutes prohibits it, and the Department of State's list names the birth certificate, the death certificate, the marriage certificate and the certificate of citizenship explicitly. If what you need apostilled is one of those, the path is to request a certified copy from the issuing office — not to take it to a notary, because it comes back rejected.
This is a Florida notary telling you so: there are things my commission does not authorize, and I would rather say them before charging you. The detail is on the birth certificate page.

Three steps, no waiting room.
A video consultation in English or Spanish. We look at your situation and I tell you what you need — and what you do not, which is usually the more useful half. The $29 is credited toward your first service.
Scope and price fixed before any work begins. No billable hours, nothing added at the end.
Video call, electronic signature and a secure portal. If something needs notarizing, it is RON: the session is recorded and the document is valid without you moving.
In Wellington, Palm Beach County, about fifteen minutes from West Palm Beach. That means the same time zone, the same county and the same business day: you are not waiting on someone whose workday starts as yours ends.
No, and you should know that before you call. I am a Public Accountant licensed in Argentina, an IRS-registered Tax Preparer with a PTIN, and a Florida Notary Public, commission #HH 652310. The CPA title is granted by the State of Florida and I do not hold it; using it without a license would violate Chapter 473 of the Florida Statutes. What I am authorized to do: prepare and file returns with the IRS under my PTIN, and act as a notary public in Florida. If your matter needs an audit or an opinion that requires a CPA signature, I will tell you and refer you out.
No, and that is by design. I work by video call, electronic signature and a secure document portal. Notarizations are done through RON, the remote online notarization Florida has recognized by law since 2020: the session is recorded, the document is notarized with the same validity as an in-person signing, and you do not drive anywhere.
Yes. Florida has recognized remote online notarization since 2020, with its own requirements: identity verification on camera, a recorded session and the notary's electronic seal. The resulting document carries the same validity, and it is the same document that can then be apostilled by the Florida Department of State.
Yes, all of Palm Beach County — and since the work happens over video, distance within the county changes nothing. I also work with owners of U.S. companies who live abroad: that is a central part of the practice.
The first step is a 15-minute consultation for $29, credited toward your first service. After that you get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts, with no hourly meter. Apostilles, which are a standardized product, start at $250 per document plus shipping by destination.
